Booking and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment, which will be deducted from the final bill.
- If you need to cancel, adjust or move your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice otherwise your deposit will be kept to cover costs and you will lose your booking fee.
- Full payment will be taken for appointments cancelled on the day and for those unattended. Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced service or treatment time.
- The management reserve the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances with regard to the above.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must fill out and sign the medical questionnaire on behalf of the minor and be present at all times during the treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for certain age groups and carry their own age limit. If this applies to you, we will offer an alternative treatment where possible.
